JC holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration and more than ten certifications which include being a Certified Personal Trainer, Core Conditioning Specialist, Biomechanics Specialist, Outdoor Fitness Trainer, Functional Training Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Coach, Life Fitness Coach, Weight Management Specialist , Sport Injury Specialist, Circuit training Instructor, etc. He has more than twenty years of experience in health and fitness. In addition, JC has participated in natural bodybuilding, judo and triathlon championships. He enjoys teaching to his clients how to take control of their bodies and how to take control of their lives.
