I pride myself on providing my clients with all of the necessary tools to be successful. Only the combination of exercise and nutrition will get you the results you want, which is why I became an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I like to use unconventional methods of training because, let's face it, cardio is BORING. I use high intensity outdoor training to maximize your results. I also do in home training for clients that are not quite ready for the outdoor experience.
