I have had both personal and professional health and fitness experiences that I feel help me be a great trainer. I lost over 100 pounds 4 years ago and this motivated me to become a personal trainer.
My professional background prior to my interest in fitness provided me with extensive organizational, managerial and professional experience.
I have acquired various certifications including NSCA-CPT, NPTI, Indoor Cycling, Pre and Post Natal, Kettlebell and Active-Isolated Stretch. I feel very competently trained to work with a number of age groups and special populations.
I enjoy working in the fitness industry and feel I am most capable of developing great rapport with the people I help. I am committed to working hard and seeing the challenges I accept lead to successful outcomes. In addition, I am an energetic, passionate, and strive for success.
