About:

I do small group training, one to one, and two to one training. I have been a certified trainer for 7 years. It's not only my job but something that I love to do. When training clients I make sure form is corrected before progressing clients. Exercising is nothing with out proper form. My programs with clients focuses on using body weight to lose weight and gain strength. If equipment is available I will incorporate it into the workout to challenge the client. I have worked with older and younger males and females, those who were over weight and had gastric bypass surgery, someone with an stiff shoulder and increased their flexibility, those with knee issues from loose patellae to those who had surgery done.



My certifications includes NASM-CPT, NASM-PES, Per/Post Natal Fitness, TRX Suspension, CPR/AED, and many CEC courses.
