I offer a dual approach to weightloss and wellness. It is crucial to balance the body before you can acheive any permanent physical goals. You get healthy to lose weight, not lose weight to get healthy. I hold a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from San Diego State University. Since graduating I have also earned a certificate in the ancient healing art of Ayurvedic medicine.
