ISSA certified fitness trainer, ACE Lifestyle & Weight Management Consultant, with additional studies and CEU's/certifications in post-rehab work conditioning, mid-life fat gain in women, cardic rehab, diabetes, fibromyalgia, hip and knee replacements, senior fitness and pre- and post-natal fitness. Specialize in women but I can kick men's butts as well!



Creative programming incorporates body weight, balance, range of motion, core strengthening, dynamic movement patterns as well as overall strength training in fun yet challenging functional workouts.

Functional exercises ensure better performance not just in sports and at work, but in every facet of life.



Women are never too old to begin getting in shape. Females can look great and feel wonderful and strong at any age from 16 to 90. Enjoy firm shapely muscles and a trim body well into your senior years.
