Kosta has always been an athlete growing up. Being in shape and maintaining healthy lifestyle helped him to succeed in different sports he played. But, best of all… he enjoyed every minute of working out and over time he started to carefully put together the best fitness program available in Chicago.
He regularly attends local and national conferences, seminars and workshops about health, fitness, and nutrition to stay on top of the latest research and continue my education. Kosta’s fitness philosophy is simple: a fit and lean body is a result of a healthy lifestyle that consists of balance nutrition, effective exercise and positive sense of self. Rather than promoting temporary dieting, he believes in incorporating simple, yet effective lifestyle changes that bring dramatic results. Physical activity is one of the many tools we possess that can help us obtain higher quality of life. His role is to guide you in learning and implementing movements, exercise and physical challenges so that your ability to perform increases and surpass your previous level of wellness.
