About:

Co-Founder of BeFIT Health Studio, father and family man. I believe that individual success is highly correlated with the motivation and support by the people around you. That’s why I enjoy getting the whole family involved with the fitness of my clients. Walks on the beach, bike rides, playing in the pool, and getting involved in outdoor activities are ways I enjoy exercising, and I highly recommend for my clients and their families. Our greatest support and success comes from our loved ones.

Whether you’re a high school athlete or fit over 55, you need balance, core strength, and flexibility. These are the personal goals I have for all of my clients and it reflects in my training style. I focus on all aspects of fitness and use functional training to gain: strength, endurance, posture, balance, stability, and flexibility.
