I am a 25 year old trainer who recently became certified after being in a personal training gym for several months. I have a Masters degree in Sports and Performance Psychology. I have an in depth knowledge of motor skills and muscle movement, in addition to how mental skills and psychology come in to fitness and sports. After being an athlete for most of my life I strive to help people maintain life long fitness and achieve their sport and fitness goals.
