About:

In my gym we do strength training, cardio, etc. I also train in your home as well. My clients range from ages 45 to 70. I love what I do. I've been doing this for nine years. I went to Orange Coast college for a year and a half. I worked with disabled as well at school. I did my internship for a year at a Personal Training Studio in Newport Beach for a year and also worked there for a year and then decided to open my own business. I received my Certification with AMFPT.
