I have been training individuals within the military for roughly 2 and half years now. Recently transitiong to the civilan sector, officially. I have trained in the civilian sector before, however no being certified by ISSA. I played sports through out my life to include, boxing, kickboxing, football,basketball as well as track and field. I have an approach to fitness, where "We build minds, then we build bodies" motto. I will change the mentality, and allow one to tap into that mental toughness and confidence to not just perform fitness goals, but to achieve any goal set forth. I attended Penn State university for 3 years for kinesiology, before deciding to serve my country. I have been enlisted in the Army National Guard for going on 3 years now. I train soliders in fitness and defensive tactics. I attended New
York Military Academy, which is a prepatory institution for service acadmies. There I also served as the group leader for PT (physical training)exercises.
