About:

Studying Biology in college and my accumulated knowledge from years of fine tuning my own body for various sports from basketball to tennis, has endowed me with a great understanding of the body and how to formulate exercises programs to accomplish any realistic fitness goal. After becoming certified by the America Conceal on Exercise I decided that helping others live a healthier more fulfilling life was my life's purpose. For the last five years I am proud to say have been living up to that goal I set for my self, I wake up everyday to make a positive impacts on the life's of my clients and I love every minute of it.
