About:

My background and education is based on barbell training and sports conditioning. I've worked with athletes from grade school to collegiate level to improve athletic skills. My training style is focused on body weight and barbell training to help clients with stability, strength, and functional movement for everyday life. I currently work at Encore Fitness in Union Square as well as my apartment building. I am obtaining my Master's degree in Public Health Administration this summer to continue my education in the health sciences field.
