I have been training for a little less than 2 and a half years, certified by NASM. I have served around 3000 sessions, and my number one goals for everybody is to as healthy and capable as they can be.
I gradated from UT this passed summer with a degree in Kinesiology. Learned everything I need to know to make a proper needs assessment for any goals, and deliver a proper program a few weeks, months or even years long to maximize potential for a sport or event, or general fitness goals.
I have had a successful business going for over a year at my current location, and have many clients that have been with me for 6 months to 2 years.
