My style of training is very unorthodox with a great emphasis on functional strength and movement . I can say with 100 percent confidence that under my tutelage, you will have improved overall in vitality, performance and appearance. I consider myself to be a fitness guide (I am no one's boss. I am superior to none and I am not inferior to none. ) I try to tap into my clients spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically during sessions. I strongly believe that a strong spirit, mind, and emotions will dictate a client's dedication, self discipline and vigor during training.
