I served just over 10 years in the Australian military before relocating to New York late 2014. I offer 1 on 1 personal training as well as small group sessions (2-5 people) at your apartment gym, equinox or at a third location that we agree upon. I also love doing outdoor sessions when the weather permits. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I have extensive first aid experience from my time in the military. I am currently a tier 2 Equinox personal trainer but I am studying at EFTI and I will be tier 3 shortly.
