A former Div I college athlete, Dale knows what it takes to perform at the highest level. With 20 years experience in NY & LA, Dale has worked with ALL kinds of clients. He first received his personal trainer certification from ACSM in 1997. He added a NASM cert in 2011, as well as a NASM Corrective Exercise Certificate in 2016.
