About:
My name is Toby Sturges and I have a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Florida State University and a training Degree from Remmington College. I am an ACE certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience with all ages ranging from kids of 12 years to adults of 80 years. I have worked with all levels of fitness and health statuses. I also work with people with disabilities, veterans, as well as pregnant women. I am AED and CPR certified, and I was also a strength and conditioning coach for youth sports in Florida.
I offer 30 and 60 minute training sessions and I train at Symmetry Center Chicago located at 230 West Huron Street. Prices range from $50-$70 with individual session price decreasing with more sessions being purchased.
