About:

I'm a certified personal trainer for ISSA. I offer weight loss, muscle building and full body health improvement program for my clients. I have three programs, the first program is a face to face sessions, where we make a schedule throughout the week to train. The second program is a 8 workout program for people who don't live in Nashville or can't meet with me face to face and I will type up workouts for my clients and figure out your needs to improve your health. Lastly, I have a diet program where I will help you with your diet, and making a meal plan for you to help you with your eating habits and putting the right things in your body. For pricing it varies but right now I charge 25 dollars per session.
