Hi my name is Chris Robinson and I have a bachelors degree in exercise science and I have my certifications in personal training and CPR with ISSA training. I specialize in training athletes in football, basketball, baseball, soccer, gymnastics and more. I train for speed, strength, agility, explosiveness and durability so that all my athletes are at their top performance. I also specialize in muscle gain and weight loss for anyone who is willing to reach their goals. I believe in creating relationships with my clients because I'm not just a trainer I'm a life coach. I really want to see my clients progress because as a athlete I have gone through a lot of training and the feeling of accomplishing my goals and having coaches and my trainer there is something great to have.
