Hi! I'm Robert Rabbitt, an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified Personal Fitness Trainer. I specialize in Weight-Loss, Muscle Development, and Strength Training. After graduating high school, I gained a significant amount of weight over the next few years, around 60 lbs (160 lbs to 220 lbs). I began to notice that everything was becoming harder to do, even simple things like walking up stairs. I wasn’t satisfied with my health or my appearance and began to look into fitness. I ended up losing around 75 pounds; I weighed 15 pounds less than I started at the end of high school (220 lbs to 145 lbs). I still wasn’t satisfied and started to build muscle to fill up any loose skin that I had. I gained 25 pounds after that, almost all of which was muscle. This journey that I went through led me to my passion for exercise. I use my journey to help others that are in similar situations become fit.
