About:

I have been coaching and training people for eight years. I have mainly trained kids and a lot of adults with injuries and in need of weight-loss programs as a fitness manager. I am currently working at New York sports club in Brooklyn New York. I work with all types of clients and willing to train athletic kids in different sports. I am a certified trainer through ISSA (international sports science association) and ASFA which means (American sports and fitness Association) also is C which means (American sports and fitness association) also a CPR certified trainer for over 7 years .
