My fitness journey began in 2007 when I picked up a rugby ball for the first time. Since then I've played collegiate, select-side, and D1 women's rugby throughout the east coast. I am an active player for the Chicago Lions and a youth coach for several middle school and high school programs. I have a Master's in Exercise Science with a concentration in fitness and wellness. My certifications include: personal trainer, weight loss specialist, and nutrition coach all through the National Academy of Sports Medicince (NASM); speed and explosion specialist through the National Academy of Speed & Explosion (NASE); and certified nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition.
